A-Data DDR3-2000X (AX3U2000XB2G9) = Elpida BDSE-DJ-F
...rated 2000 9-9-9 and failed spec straight away

@Don_Dan - where S_A_V refers to the RAMlist on the second page his review he says, in short, "those are relabeled but have five vertical stripes in the cirles, so must be Elpida, also RAM list confirms that"

Do you mean the VX Saturn or Rippler set? Because there are two different kits with the same PC3-12800 6-8-6-24 specifications.
It's very likely that they're both using the same chips, but as always I want the information in the list to be as close to 100% accurate as possible.

Sam, can you tell me what he wrote on the second page where he linked the RAMList? It just made me notice a mistake, I wrote GE38GB1600C9DC when it should have been GEC38GB1600C9DC back then as well ( Elpida based on Massman's review ).
They are talking about how they suspected the chips to be Elpida based on several physical properties, and that the RAM List confirmed what they thought although not specifically mentioning the exact type of chips. After that they conclude it has to be Elpida J2108BCSE-DJ-F because it behaves very similar to Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G. I have edited the list accordingly.

What do you think about changing all the HCF0 kits to the full IC name?
In general I think that's a fair point, but it will take quite some time to back-track every single module in the list.
That doesn't mean it's impossible so I'll see what I can do.

With that said, everything up to here has been added. Many thanks to everyone who submitted their entry for the database!

Thanks for the update!

Are you sure you added everthing? It looks like there are some entries missing from post #137-144.

Corsair Vengeance 1866 CL9 8Gb Kit (4Gbx2)
PC3-10700H
p/n: CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9 v5.11

Memory IC: Hynix H5TQ2G83BFR H9C
If it's 1866MHz memory it's not PC3-10700, but PC3-15000. Added them as the latter, as the photo clearly states 1866. Thanks.
