No, they won't do 800 MHz 6-6-6-18, only Elpida Hyper ICs and the older Micron D9GTx ICs can do that. You should be able to stabilize them at 800 MHz 6-8-6-20 pretty easily though.

According to the review at hwmania.org they're ver7.1, which means they are built with Powerchip/PSC ICs.

Those are regular Dominator, not Dominator GT, right?
You're a brave man for removing the heatspreader on those, did the stick survive? Every attempt of removing the heatspreader on Corsair Dominator/Dominator GT modules I've seen so far destroyed the stick.
