Cheers man

Turned up the volts to 1.25v on both cores. No artifacting, so I'm not sure yet how much more I can get out of the GX2. We'll see.

Re: 9800 gx2 + Q6600 (3dmark03 + 06)

Couldn't really justify a new thread.

Getting to grips with the QX9650.

I suspect I am being held back by the northbridge and FSB. Unlike the q6600 1750 on the FSB seems to be a limit at the mo. Certainly a bump in volts to the NB has helped 3dmark runs get through. 3dmark 03 a total bassa though. Even at 1.5v it doesn't like it up it. Oh and Mother Nature is the tricky one this time.

The NB is definately a candidate for watercooling. I'm thinking I may have some joy if I up the multiplier on the QX. GTL refs maybe?? but not convinced. Auto does seem to do the trick so far, and changes haven't made much odds. Off to tinker, but a few inprogress screengrabs.

Cheers

RLM
