thanks moloko

T_M the timings format i used is directly as they're listed in Asus 680i Striker Extreme bios with exception of tREF/Async Latency = AUTO:

tCL (CAS Latency): 5
tRCD: 3
tRP: 3
tRAS: 5
Command Per Clock (CMD): 2 clock (2T)

Advance Memory Settings
tRRD: 3
tRC: 1
tWR: 3
tWTR: 8
tREF: AUTO
tRD: 3
tRFC: 28
Async Latency: AUTO

Might be a dumb question for most, but is 2T generally required for such speeds as 500-600+?

I think so, unless you have some very very good ram My ram doesnt like 1T past DDR667, and thats only 1M superpi stable.

2T is what it will be rated for. I've heard of DDR1000 1T they were OCZ sticks too and on 680i

Yeah most DDR2 are rated implicitly for 2T as both AM2 and 680i default to 2T and 975/965P are default to 2T as well.
