I think I need a better psu after doing this mod
lol
I don't know how to test my psu with a multimeter so going from everest, 12v is fluctuating alot as well as the 5v and 3.3v is solid with 3.25v and now vdimm is 3.25v as well
only have a antec 430w atm
might get a super flower 500w because of the adjustable pots

Doogs,
I used this image from xtremesystems.org:
http://www4.ncsu.edu/~rwbradl2/Vmods...Vdimm=3.3v.jpg

I connected the furthest of the 3 there just to be sure from looking at a few examples around. It's a very simple mod yet I still did it wrong the first time . Managed to solder the wrong leg before I realised it and fixed it

which model superflower???? my 500w which i purchased couple months back doesn't have adjustable pots - u have to open it up to access it... and that pot doesn't adjust 3.3's... just the +5 and +12.

Arctan the wire can run from any of these 3 points is that right? once done do you only ever get 3.3v? i think i might just grab a booster at some stage, will leave the voltmod for later!

doogs, yes it will stay at 3.3V unvariable unless you can vary your 3.3V rail (PSU). Although you can easily put a switch inline to turn it off when you dont need 3.3V
