Hmmmm looks like i might have to sell off some PC bits and get some G.Skill PC2 8000HZ's or a kit of Corsair PC2-8500 Twin2X XMS would be nice

More ram is always good but no way in this lifetime am I ever going to pay (or ever could) ~ $700 or so for 2GB of DDR2

DDR3 will be in use next year too

Well i would normally agree 100%, but as i have few spare parts laying around from some system upgrades etc i think i will have enough to sell to be able to get some of this ram, otherwise i'd be not even considering to fork out that much on ram!

Well some more playing with this mobo has paid off!

Flashed to the offical F4 BIOS, set all voltages to default and just set the ram timings manually and i was finally able to break under 14s doing 1m PI at my highest clock so far on this mobo of 3681MHz.

I was almost going to give up on this board but i have a feeling it has a bit more to go yet

I think the P5B Dlx will have to wait a bit longer yet to be tortued.
