I took the PC back to the warranty service and left it in their hands...
Yesterday I took the PC back home...
The memory was quote "Faulty"
Although MemTest did not show any errors, running the PC with a new memory did not give out any more boot errors...
They gave me 2 new DIMMs of memory and everything is running A OK so far...
Thank you guys for all your help in narrowing down the problem!
