DFI NF4 Ultra-d + Antec NeoHE 550w = No Boot?

Ok,

well i finally got around to changing my psu and now i find out that my system doesnt even boot now...?

just powers up and 4 red lights stay on...?

any suggestions? any fixes at all?

I just noticed that dukkie is selling his neoHE 550W on ocau due to incompatabilities with DFI boards.

I'm guessing a bit of looking on those forums would yield some results

My Neo 480W didnt like DFI much either, maybe its something about the name....

Heh, well I just bought an Antec Phantom and had the same problem...

Then I realised I hadn't plugged in the 4 pin CPU connectors.

DUH!

I'm an idiot...

Did you try doing the 8 hour CMOS reset procedure (DFI Street)? That fixed it for me as I still had a problem after connecting all power input sources.

EDIT:

After reading your other posts your problem does seem identical to mine. I also saw that you plugged in all the power and still got no boot. All I can recommend is that you try THIS and see how you go, it worked for me.

I'd also just bought a new mobo because I thought it must be PSU related and got the same error. I had to pay a 15% restocking fee of $50 which made it a very costly error on my part.
