I built a PC for my brother that has 2 x 5770 in it. They scale well! I'm contemplating selling my 4870x2 for the same.

Are your HD5770s the first rev1 heatsinks or the new rev2 with oval shape heatsinks ? I hear the first rev1 are much better clockers than rev2 due to better heatsink as well as faster rated memory chips ?

I can confirm the rev2 are dogs, max mem around 1350 where as rev 1 hynix is ripping 1400s easy.
Quadfire scaled nicely though. sending them back.

Rev 2. But I haven't overclocked them, they run fine at stock. If the cards were in my own PC, I would have tweaked them though.

I bought 1 this has 2 hdmi' so ill make this whole system then a home pc a htpc with a different chasis cause its big and id like a led display with quieter fans and remote as its more optimum.

But this card is alright...
