It's a quieter hummming noise compared to 4870x2. I had 100% fan speed set for those temps for 2 cards so far, as testing in xp first.

i tried all the skins the guys were making/shareing for the contest some are pretty cool. the"kompact" skin i used about a month ago but it was buggy for me then..... i will try it again thuo.

at the time some settings were screwy,like did not reset when asked, things miss alined just little things.
clocking and fan control were fine thuo
i have what i call the stone skin right now from crowTrobot


theres some cool ones they got brewing

i odered last night at 11pm(edst)and just got the cancel confirmation email
they do have a xfx 5870 in stock so.....
