my latest 2x Ramdisk XP scores vs 4x 80GB Hitachi 7K80 SATAII NCQ Raid 0 score of 7,710

Opteron 170 @2850mhz at 1.6v

So basically, you absolutely kicked the living crap outta your best RAID-0 score just by running this software?
How much RAM did you have in the system, and how much space was assigned to the RAMdisk?
Does assigning it to the RAmdisk make it unusable for system memory?

2GB OCZ PC4000EB assigned 400MB to ramdisk so only 2GB - 400MB = 1600MB approx is available for system

It justs shows up as a drive letter with 400MB space
