Buying 2GIG RAM KIT <----Help Me Choose!

As the title suggest i am after a 2gig of RAM KIT. So 2x1024 running in duel channel. My P4 2.8 can overlock to 3.6, so to achieve that with a 2gig ram, the ram must be able to overlock pass 250MHZ.

This is where i need your help
Please reccommend me a RAM KIT (any brand), that you know or has a chip you know that will ensure it will overclock to 250MHZ. So not after RAMs using BH5 etc.

Or would i be better off paying the extra to buy a PC4000 RAM, that practially garuntees it will run at 250MHZ?

As for budget well, nothing to over the top. Of course the cheaper the better but if your able to justify your choice then its all good.
Thanks.

EDIT: Is it just me or are the @GB kits have very lousy timings?

I like the Look of the G.Skill ZX 2gb Kit.

Users have reported some good clock and latencys. They are rated stock 200mhz at 2-3-2-5.
