I would be happy with those speeds! I hope i get the same stepping then, and nothing dodgy - should be picking up mine and everything else at around 2-3 tomorrow Will let you guys know of my stepping, and my (noob) results should be up on the weekend too!

Dinos,

I just got my Opty 165 CCBWE 0536MPMW (identical to yours )
Interesting to see how they go... I probably won't get my Expert until Monday as shipping to Darwin sucks... PC Maniacs just shipped it out today

Only thing that sucks here is the ambient temps, usually around 31-32'c

Good luck

While waiting for the Expert, I couldn't resist and so I put the opty 165 into my sli deluxe:

Initially for some weird reason Clockgen would just BSOD when i exceeded 235HTT WTF??? Anyway I stopped using it and o/c in the bios with memtests before booting into windows.

Now I'm in windows doing superpi 32m:
Currently burning it in @ 2.43ghz HTT 270 with ram @ 220mhz 2-2-2-5

If I can get around 2.6-2.7 I'll be happy for 24/7 use
