I have seen umart do this IMHO on purpose many times in the past for different bits of h/ware, many suckers out there
man that's bull**** alphaman....umart don't fark around......they may make mistakes but no intentional ones as you are suggesting.....

i'll call Jon tomorrow to see if this price is for real

it could be that he's got some new super duper updated AMD pricing on Opteron stuff......you never know....i'd say it's a mistake tho but we'll see

Hey Dino thats why I stated IMHO, maybe it IS an honest mistake but the fact remains that it happens far too often if you use statice to check prices

Also umart are certainly not the only ones who IMHO have done this

Thats a very interesting take on things alpha, particularly when you factor in the statice thing that i didnt think of till you pointed it out

damn... wasn't home, so have to pickup from AAE depot "The Next Business Day"... so, eva, i'll be reading your results tonight... plz don't waste too many hours doing that memtest stuff... lol... pump it up to 1.65, 2.8ghz, boot to windows, and work your way up from there via clockgen, haha...

All installed and running... swapped in bios saviour device and for some reason the default DFI NF4 Ultra-D bios won't boot the 146 and i thought all new boards came with 623-3 bios by default ? Anyway switched to back up bios already on the bios saviour and it booted fine... and that's 310 official bios!

Room temp is 29.5C and cpu sits in bios at 38C at stock speed and vcore of 1.38v same temp my opteron 144 and fx-57 sits at when in bios at stock speeds

And now for.................. memtest
