on load, my heatsink got warm which didn't happen with the winny/venice

By eva2000Heh, I'd read that post before but had since forgotten the implications for these 939 Opterons
I'd agree that the Bigwater is probably reaching the end of its efficiency - I didn't know groovetek was using this for watercooling. People saw this happen to their Aquarius II sytems when running big power cpu's.
If you pump enough heat into a watercooling system then it won't perform better than a high end heatsink.
