Help me choose: 1gb memory for around $250, AMD System

Can someone recommend me 1gb RAM for an amd system based on a Gigabyte k8nsnxp. Id like to spend ~250 and definately less then 300.

I was thinking OCZ TCC5 or BH5.

Any ideas ?

Yeh, 2.8-2.9V is probably your preset limit that you can utilise with most Gigabyte boards.
