yeah would be on my sli-d, the thing is disk space isn't really my concern, i have a 120gb for storage, that still only has 4gb on it.

something to think about.

I just got 4 of these baby's!

I have them running in Raid 0+1 , performance of striping, with redundancy!

So far very nice, I will give them a benchmark tomorrow!

What is the best way to have Raid setup?? 0+1, 0, 1, or 5??

depends on controller for DFI NF4

raid 0 for performance
raid 10 or some folks call it 0+1 for performance with redundancy
raid 5 is too slow on DFI NF4 as it's software based you need a hardware controller or something like Raidcore BC4852 for decent raid 5

84 dollars ex GST each.

I got them from AKA Technology.

I am now considtering buying a CM Stacker, so I can fit my Watercooling in, and have dual PSU's...........6x HDD's are power hungry!

You need to go to hitachi web site and download 'features tool' software to enable it in DOS - search google

there we go http://www.hgst.com/hdd/support/download.htm
