I moved your post to more appropriate forum

As to your question honestly have no idea as there's been a few ic changes it could be anything these days as micron d9, powerchip and promos ics all can do PC2-6400 4-4-4-x these days.

Not sure if they use D9's in them, for the other ram they state they use D9's but not for the 6400's. As Eva said almost anything decent can do 800 CL4 these days.

Not sure, there's no definite way to know these days. The TG 5300/6400 kits back in the day were D9, but D9 IC's have been EOL for so long now companies have switched to other IC's, most kits still using D9 have been sold out and are discontinued like the CellShock, other compaies just use new IC & keep same model.

I've never heard of the Team Xtreem (non-Dark) kits being anything but D9. I'm thinking Team snatched up all the remaining RevD ICs or something as their stuff still seems to be readily available.

so do i.
the kit i mean is simply Xtreem, not Xtreem dark and has the same heatsinks as the pc10400 kit
