Exclamation Brisbane, Queensland Flooded again in 2013 !

Crazy weather here again, Brisbane and Queensland have yet again flooded in the wake of multiple cyclones and non-stop raining !

Fortunately, I'm not in a flood area or any where near rivers or creeks ! Only casualty for me is melon tree that fell on the roof top corner of my house. Had to push it off to the side. No damage I think. Luckily, last year had another huge tree on the property removed !

Brisbane CBD

my roof is very lucky comparatively !

Hearts and prayers go out to all Queenslanders experiencing the floods again !

Indeed, I feel sorry for the folks who have been flooded 2 or 3 times in as many years - especially folks in Bundaberg

Yeah Queensland should just build huge tunnels and funnel all the excess water into bush fire prone /dry areas of Australia and the middle of the Australian desert

Thats not as funny as it sounds you know eva2000, get all those serving sentences in gaols out in good old chain gangs and build inland rivers and waterways.. be more productive with taxpayer funds than sitting around all day killing time on so called "training for society" programs... imo...
