Have a nice new Expert board coming and 7800GTX, that should do better.

Also a new Enermax Liberty 620w power supply, to keep it all happy.

been ages since i messed with my 256MB BFG 7800GTX card decided to try stock speeds with HeavyH20 rev4 bios

Opteron 170 @2600mhz
