Asus P6X58D-E Memory problems, ofcourse

I have the same problems many have.
P6X58D-E
Kingston Hyper X, KHX2000C9
Windows 7/64
I just joined today but I have went through several post here of how to fix this problem. So far nothing works.
--------------------------------------------------------------
What I have done so far.
Using program found the first ram slot (A2 and A1) show empty. 12 Gig show as 8 Gig, 6 Gig show as 4. When installing 6 Gig in A2,B2,C2 won't boot. Install in A1,B1,C1 boots showing 4 Gig.
This happens at default and various over clocks. I have did most of the settings posted here, might of missed some, no go.
Swapped ram around in various slots, no go. Took the computer to my Intel Dealer and we tried various ram they all acted the same. Updated the bios from 601 to 701 and the first two slots closest to the cpu show empty. That bios update caused more problems I will post later about.
The dealer removed and sent the motherboard to Asus and weeks later a new/repaired board came back and was installed by the dealer. The same problem still their. We again tried different ram on the replacement board, no go. Including the problem with the bios update. I have been on the Asus forum and done a lot of reading. It seem Asus is running from this problem. Just my opinion.
P.S. I filled out my specs. They should be shown up some place.

I'm fully aware this subject has been beaten to death with this mother board. If I have to buy another mother board of a different brand to get the ram I have to work I'm open to suggestions. I have been looking at the smack over by Intel but it won't run my ram. I have been looking at
various Gigabytges. I'm looking for a cool running computer with the ram I have. At the present time I can clock this baby to 4.0 full load for 15 min. at low 70c, as I understand with this cpu (i7-960) that is good, they do run hot. But I still can't use all my ram.

just some suggestion
Try to detect the RAM without any overclocking at all, with RAM at minimum settings, eg. 1066.
Try to mount/unmount the CPU (but I think you did that already since you changed the motherboard).
Try to install one stick of RAM at a time and run the memtest86 (will take a long time) to verify it completely.
Try to disable Quick Boot.

I solved the rebooting problem by going back to bios 502.
Now figure out this one.
From the cmd prompt/admin type in Winsat mem it well read the amount of memory. Using this method Windows see's all of my ram. To me that means a twitch in Windows 7.
