After using this system for quite some time, here are my findings.

I'm still having problems with detection of all 12GB RAM. But here's how I do everytime I start my pc:

1) Turn on power
2) Turn on PC
3) Wait until POST is showing 8GB RAM
4) Cut the power
5) Turn on the power again
6) Turn on PC

VOILA! All 12GB showing and PC runs all day without any issues what so ever.'

Any news about this issue? I find it quite annoying to start my PC twice everyday

Thanks.

Jim

I'm using a brand new Enermax 720w, but I've never tried replacing it. It working fine with my old system

maybe take a non-flash photo of your bios settings and resize them to 1200 max pixel width and upload to imageshack.us and share the images here maybe you overlooked something

Here are some images of my BIOS, these are taken when I boot up first time, showing only 8GB RAM. Of course I just turned off and on to get my full 12GB showing afterwards

Open CPU Tweaker in Windows, to check if it's one whole channel or two modules are missing?

there's your problem using auto values, set AI OverClock tuner to manual and set Bclk, uncore (UCLK) and mem (DRAM) frequencies manually

i.e.

if you're setting manual values before shutting down system and cold boot reverts to auto values, it could be board and/or board battery issue.
