X58A-UD7 Overclocking with 12GB RAM

Hey guys, I was told that this is a good forum regarding Overclocking and RAM issues.

My issue is my system will hang on a cold boot. When it boots up i get a single beep like normal, then it sounds like it does a soft restart and beeps again, It will repeat another time then it will POST and boot to windows. Now ive heard that there was an issue running 12GB of RAM while overclocking on this board which i did have untill i updated the BIOS to F7 and ever since ive had no problems with stability execpt with the cold boot hang.

Hardware -
i7-950
12GB DDR3 Corsair CMX6GX3M3A1600C9
2x GTX580 Nvidia
Thermaltake ToughPower 1200W

Settings
CPU @ x23 (4.02ghz)
Bclk @ 175mhz
Uncore @ x17 (~3000mhz)
DDR @ x8
QPI @ Auto (~6400mhz)
Timing @ 9-9-9-24 @ 1400mhz

Voltages
Vcore @ 1.32v
QPI/VTT @ 1.33v
CPU PLL @ 1.86v
DIMM @ 1.66v
IOH Core @ 1.20v
All other voltages set to Standard (Not Auto)
LLC @ Level 1

Full-load temps
Cores @ 67c Highest, 63c lowest
RAM @ 40c
N/B @ 40c
HDDs @ 30c
GPU @ 70c
Can run Prime95 all day without fail and no unusual game or application problems.

Ok so any suggestion?
Should i raise the QPI/VTT up a notch? Or is there another voltage setting im missing?
