Micron D9HPD any good?

I got a stick of ram from a friend and it's just been sitting here. I noticed it has Micron D9HPD chips on it. Do these clock very well?

Stick is a Patriot PC-6400 CL5 stick

O.K. so the testing was a bust. Nothing exciting at all.

Info for anyone who cares:

Micron D9HPD chips
Single sided
Spec'd PC-6400 (DDR2-800) @ 1.9v @ 5-5-5-18
Could not get DDR2-900 stable. Even with 2.04v
This was with a stick of Patriot, model-PSD22G800KECS
