This has a fan on it, but at 23C it would be passive easy. The Freezer64 fan is OFF but. :D Chipset is barly running and Ram Fan is off too, damn PWMIC being gay and runnign under 25C again. :mad:

I primed my 3200+ @ stock with lowered voltage passively with an XP-90... It doesn't get hot at all with such low volts...
