Hey guys,
just took a look unter my GSkill Trident Heatspeaders:

F3-1600CL9D-4GBTD -> Elpida J1108BBSE

F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD -> Elixir 1119

Dont know if those ICs are any good.
I am happy with the Rams, had them running in unganged dualchannel at 800mhz CL7 CR1T 1,65V on a GA790FXTA UD5 with a PII 965 C3.

At the moment i have a 1090T on a GA990FXA UD3 with the Rams.
I hoped the 1090T offers me a little more with the rams but for now i am even struggling to get the CPU up to 3,8ghz stable with the NB Clock over 2,2Ghz.

Hello!

I have 3 different kits with BBSE RAM, which are 1130-1160 MHz at 7-9-7 at 1.65 v no problem!

this is at the end ca.1050 MHz 7-9-7! and 6-9-6 in the 920 MHz speaks for BDSE. BBSE are better off, good BBSE create over 1000 MHz at 1.65 V in 6-8-6 !!

I know one of the RAM is a real guru, he has had over 1500 GB of RAM and is familiar with RAM OC extremely well made, and he also believes that there are BDSE ICs!

SPD so happy but how does it work?
If your kits can do ~1150MHz @ 7-9-7 @ 1.65V they're very good kits already, that's not what normal BBSE can do. BBSE that can do 1000MHz @ 6-8-6 @ 1.65V is not good but outstanding, only the best kits can do this ( many RipjawsX 2133 8-9-8 kits for example ).
1050MHz @ 7-9-7 is normal for mediocre BBSE, BDBG has a hard time doing tRCD 9 at those clocks, I've never seen BDSE that can do it as they're usually worse than BDBG.

Well, who have you talked to? Websmile?

You can either save the SPD with Thaiphoon Burner, or you can just make a text dump with CPU-Z, the SPD can be generated with Thaiphoon Burner as shown in this video.

random eco 1600mhz 7-8-7 kit
this is psc correct?
Yes, that's PSC.
What's the week and year of production of your kit?
I have one of those random ECO 1600 kits as well...

I think you forgot a 0 in the first P/N, it should be F3-16000CL9D-4GBTD, right?

The correct name of the second IC is Elixir N2CB1G80CN-CG, 1119 is just the production date of the chip.

What are the year and week of production of your kits? First three or four digits of the part number.

Yep the missing 0 is a typo..

Do you mean the partnumber of the kits?
The F3-16000CL9D-4GBTD -> Elpida J1108BBSE is 10260640008907

Can't see the second one right now, i'll take it out later and edit the number in this post.

E: And the second one:
F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD -> Elixir N2CB1G80CN-CG is 11330740141375
It says August 2011 on the sticker.

Looks like all of the 2012 batches of Ripjaws 1866 and higher are CFR now. I have enough of this IC (even if these are higher binned), I want some BFR

G.Skill:

PC3-17000 RipjawsZ 9-11-10-28 @ 1.65V Hynix H5TQ2G83CFR-PBC
F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH (4x4GB)

Wow, yet another number in G.Skill's serial number. At least they didn't relable the chips so you know what you got.

So far I've seen 0000, AB40, 1500 on TridentX, 1400 on ZoLKoRn's ARES kit and 2400 on your kit with Hynix CFR.

I thought 240 always signified Hynix according to the older serial numbering system, just as 340 was Samsung...http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...=1#post5101027
