I have a new set of Team Group Inc - Xtreem Dark series rated @ 1066Mhz 5-5-5-15 (2.2-2.3v) these are 2 x 2Gb set, but suprised not mentioned in DDR2 ram list. Also have an older set of Patriot PC-9600 2 x 1Gb set and these are not listed either.
I will upload photos of chips but want to know the safest way to remove HS without damage. Thanks.

depends on heatspreader and what type of TIM material is used. If it's very adhesive TIM pads = hair dryer and heat it up to remove very very slowly.
