looking good dinos - welcome back i should say

Do you have any probs with 10000C5D memory in dimm 2+4 ? I can't get my 10000C5D to even boot in my EP45 Extreme dimm 2+4 slots = constant power off reboot cycle. Same with my Team 6400c3 D9GMH and even Gskill PC2-8500PK Powerchip ics in dimm 2+4. Dimm 1+3 is okay for some memories but still not for 10000C5D.

In general, I am seeing a good bit of general issues like this with anything at or above 1066 on Gigabyte P45s in general and over most brands of memory. So far, the DDR3 version is not real happy with Micron above about 1600 or so either. I am hoping bios smooths this out soon.

did a couple of tests this morning to check if my sticks are alive after hicookie returned them last night soaking wet lol

the board can handle PL10 600MHz with CAS5 and PL9 with CAS4

cas4 semi stable 8M SuperPi but good sign nonetheless

i'm still stuck down in 565FSB for dual channel and 32M stable.. but F6K allowed me to boot into windows at 575FSB at least heh.. i think it really up to type of memory used or the memory controller is picky heh
