Well soon apparently http://pcmaniacs.com.au/hard-drive-s...-c-40_229.html
32GB SSD = AUD$219
64GB SSD = AUD$339
128GB SSD = AUD$599
I ordered a few especially now they have 2yr warranty - much better than 1yr
some OCZ provided results
Notes:- RAID support: Please refer to the original manufacturer’s manual or bundled diskette.
- Raid support for Solid State Disks is not mature and may require specific driver installation, please view our resource guide should you have an issue
- SSD performance may vary slightly based on chipset and OS
- AHCI mode should not be used while installing windows with Intel chipsets due to known conflicts during installation which may slow or corrupt installation; installation is best handled in IDE mode and dependent on chipset should often be left disabled, but can be used after installation.
- Due to sector size and block size variation between hard drives and SSDs, benchmarking could be effected, recommended benchmarks include HD bench, ATTO, win bench and IO Meter. Older benchmarks that use HDD optimized sector sizes may show invalid Writetest results that vary highly.

Hey George,
Ordered a couple of these to RAID up too! Only getting 2x 32Gb, should be enough for my OS, pagefile and a few games. I think for mass storage a regular drive is plenty as access time doesnt really do a lot for large files. I'll post my results when I get them and I'm looking forward to see what your results are too, how many you getting mate?

FOUR!!! Ooooh you lucky bugger hehe, wish i could afford that many.
I assumed these drives give the same speeds and access times no matter what size the drive is, but after seeing that review you posted a link to of the supertalent SSD drives I'm beginning to wonder. Its a moot point though really as I can't afford the larger drives .
Got any ideas yet as to what stripe and cluster sizes will work the best? I've looked around, but info on SSD RAIDs is pretty thin on the ground at this stage.

No idea on stripe size - that's one thing I'll need to investigate

Yes new MLC chips which are meant to have better durability but really it's a wait and see thing and 2yr warranty is better than 1yr
