Yeah noticed how fast web pages load on SSD raid 0 myself and same here, windows start up times are harder to measure due to device detection at boot for me too

For pcmark05 you need advanced/pro version so you can go into options and select the drive partition to bench from - default is C:\ drive.

For the sake of comparison here is the same tests on my 4 x 500Gb WD5000AAKS RAID0 array:-

nice nearly twice as fast as 4x500GB raid 0 except for hdd file write test

This is myn OCZ SSD V2 raid configuration on a Intel SRCSAS18E scalable performance raid controller.
