Some pics of my second modded card.

All vmods and readpoint are on the backsides of the boards.
Also added some solid caps to vcore.

Next ill add some inductors because the vcore OCP is still a problem.

vcore = 100 Ohm
vmem = 20K Ohm

These Cap mods are to assist in providing smoother power supply to the cores.
All of those SMC's in the row can be used as sites for additional caps, or even the rows on the reverse side of the board.

Add as many caps as you can fit, and preferably electolytic low-ESR ones.
I just had solids handy so used them as a trial.

So the 6 caps you added, could be improved by adding more to the available sites? Does it stop getting a benefit from additional caps after a certain number of them?

Also what purpose do inductors serve? I only ask because I am looking to perform some mods to my 3850's (already vgpu modded w/ unlocked bios) in my attempt to take some golds.
