vBulletin forum update > v3.7.0 Beta 3

I've updated the forum software to vBulletin v3.7.0 Beta 3. Alot of new features to check out in User CP as well

I'll be enabling the Blog plugin as well so users will have their own blog page - you can list your overclocking/bench session news there too

You'll notice the old custom front index page is missing, I'll get that back soon just having a few coding issues to work out for now

the User CP is all over the place with graphics

maybe because i have 120dpi font on my work laptop as it's got 1920x1200 res on small 17"
