someone help me please

last night i fired up my maximus extreme, 421 * 9.5 = 4000mhz, 266 strap, ram at 842 6-5-5-14, trd3, 16-16, pl=5, very tight subtimings, ai clock twister = moderate, boost = 3, system optimized for pi, lsc, maxmem=512, pagefile = 512/512, 1.8gb copywaza, and my time is 11m 13s, what the hell am i doing wrong? EEK, the equivalent time on blackops is 11m 17s i should be in 10:58 - 11:05 range

it's your FSB and RAM speed that's wrong

that time sounds about right

unless you mean 842 instead of 642
in which case it's a bit slow hmmmmmm

you have to have STRONG twister for 32M runs
also what ram ratio are you on >> 200 or 266.......trying the other if you have not yet

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN timings that can slow you down as well.......watch your tRFC also

i also find that 7-6-5-x is the best for benching 32M SuperPi on Intel platform and 8-7-6-x on Nvidia 790i

yeah i did mean 842 and its definatly slow, im on 266 strap, ill try for 200 strap tonight, with try loosen off the subtimings slighty and strong ai twister, maybe ill shoot for 444 fsb, ram at 890 7-5-5-14 1T instead, you think i can hit 444 at pl5 though, 200 strap

its time i get a e8500 for this sort of thing

so far at 950Mhz 7-7-7-18 1T at 2.22v bios for 32M and 934Mhz 7-7-7-18 1T at 2.15v for dual 32M
