I´ve got this error today. I was running 4ghz 1.4v core and 1.31vtt.

I was reducing ram timings to 8.8.8.24 and after that I pressed f10 to save the settings and It refuses to boot.

Now I´m going to wait a few hours. Since I tried all your tips.

update

Nothing to do > mobo dead. My replacement will be home in 4 weeks.

Mine also got CF error & then 88.
I try to boot with 1 stick on slot 6 & unplug the cord then reset.
That helps the board to boot again.
