  • 12/25 beta - improved DDR3 compatibility
  • 12/31 beta - changed boot logo
  • 01/06 beta
    • Patch some board can not boot up as error code hang "B2"
    • Update Intel CPU micro code
    • Fixed the S3 resume fail when insert Hard Disk to SATA 3/4 port
    • Patch for SetFSB utility can not run
  • 01/14 Official
    • Added Channel and Rank Interleave Setting Item.
    • Modify DMI configure.
    • Fixed QPI Item string error.
    • Fixed ABS Auto upgrade issue.
      Please click here for Update the "LX58D114.ABS" first by Auto Boost system AP file when you changed BIOS version.
      Edit: Please DO NOT update bios until you have read this thread regarding the ABS Profile update requirement for only SOME users. Full details here.
  • 01/23 Beta bios
    • Added Patch 363 Item for SSD issue.
      - Disable for using IDE SSD, Enable(default) for ensure 2 IDE CDROM works
      - SSD will not be an issue in AHCI and RAID mode, only in IDE more where some SSD not able to install OS when in IDE mode on ICH10R due to conflict between SSD firmware and JMB363 initial code. Solution: under Integrated Peripherals -> On chip IDE device -> JMB363 patch (default enabled) set to Disable.
  • 02/06 beta
    1. Update micro code for PCIE root port Max Link Width reported as x4.
    2. Remove floppy B.
    3. Remove Reset Configuration Data Item.
    4. Remove COM by Auto.
    5. Make sure legacy mode only be enabled in IDE mode.

    1. CPU shutdown temp use DTS.
    2. Modify “Thermal Management” 、”TDC” and “TDP” function.
    3. Added CPU Die temp item.
    4. Update Intel micro code for new CPUs function.

Pre-public betas

Both pre-public betas 3/18 and 4/28 bios so flash at your own risk!

4/28 Change Log:

1. CPU Tweaker support

2. Tweak and improved 3 channel A/B/C Round Trip Latency
timing and clock skew for Elpida modules

3. COMS table has been reassigned due to additional timing
items so previously saved CMOS Reloaded profiles will not work.

*** DO NOT load previously saved profiles!!!!! ***


3/18 bios added RTL subtiming and tREFI options
