Oh I wasn't hoping for the 22x multi. I'm just making sure that it didn't trigger to 22x when in windows. So if I have all cores enabled, is it safe to say 22x won't trigger at all? I run turbo off because I was worried that under a small load on the CPU, 22x would fire and cause a BSOD or lockup.

well here's the theory for turbo mode explained here

TDC/TDP & TM Protection (Turbo mode effects): In CPU Feature section of bios the Set VR Current Limit Max and Thermal Management Control options control TDC/TDP and other temperature related throttling for Core i7 cpu.
TDC = over current protection which default Vcore OCP max is 140A (for CPU PWM IC). At >70A, TDC is tripped, it will disable Turbo mode - thus you may see your cpu multiplier drop by 1x or 2x.

TDP = thermal design power according to DFI is tripped at around >80W which will also disable Turbo mode

Set VR Current Limit Max = Enable to disable both TDC and TDP protection functions thus allowing Turbo mode to run without any TDC/TDP protection.

Thermal Management Control = Tripped when core temp is >90C, Turbo mode will disable. At >105C core temp, will force system shutdown.

Only when 965 cpu is installed are 2 additional options for TDC/TDP displayed for TDC Enable: x TDC Limit: and TDP Enable: Disabled x TDP Limit: 0

But seems with different bioses some folks have been able to get 22x multi to stick some haven't managed to and under load drops to non-multi cpu multiplier. So fairly sure you won't have any surpise jumps to 22x multi.

I have a problem regarding stability.
My pc crashes while running prime or occpt, normally after 30/45 minutes. To have it stable priming I have to give it 1.425 vcore

LinX runs fine for 20 or 25 passes. with 1.39 vcore

My bios settings are here

that's just it, your prime stable at 1.425v and linx stable at 1.39v nothing mysterious about it. Try raising CPU VTT as some i7 cpus like CPU VTT and VCORE closer together like one of my 2x i7 920 3836A756 in tip #2 here. Or you cpu needs more vcore for real stability.

next i try mass 3d, i was stable with 1,3IOH e 1,25 IOH/ICH
