So whats the recommended way to use memory test to see if your RAM is error free? I just put the Cd in and let it boot form it and run, half an hour later, it brings up completed pass and no errors is that good enough or not? |

10 full test 1 to 8 passes + looping test 5 around 50-100 times would usually be enough to tell technically need 32 full passes at least due to way test 4 worked

Excellent forum, thanks for posting all this information! I prefer testing my RAM this way instead of using the Windows version of Memtest. I'm probably wrong but this bootable version of MemTest seems to do a better job at testing all locations of the RAM. In anycase thanks guys for posting all the information, links, and changelogs.
