T_M you will need to email them directly to get it resolved, others have complained, to be told it has been fixed only to find that more are having the same issues ... FM is struggling to get the basics right... so make sure you save a screenshot & the project file... then on the Bot make a statement that the ORB is at issue and the compare link will be up once the Orb is sorted....

BTW .. moved my country points (while they last) to Oz... should make those Belgium's struggle a bit.

I submitted my problem to FM on Sunday night, and like every other time they ignore it. I ****ing hate their "support".

Seems they are somewhat inward focused and prob. due to their niche market, what they seem not to undertsand it that their products are simply a measurement element of our work, however, it is not the driving factor.

The HWBot and FM are intrinsically tied together be it commercially or not, without FM products being in the Top 10 or 20 even will not be possible.

The Top 10 is increasing by 100pts per month (700 Jan, 800 Feb) so 2D only action would be a huge challenge.
