I'll put them through their paces very soon on various motherboards including Asus P5K Deluxe, Asus P5B Deluxe, Asus Commando and Asus 680i Striker Extreme

The beautiful pair was supplied by Corsair

Nice photos, I look forward to the following results

Anyone else seen the TEAM Xtreem PC2-10400 C6 kit now available? They're going cheaper then the PC2-10000 dominators also.

Are these the modules you plan to use when you go phase cooling again shortly, eva?

Yeah dinos finally arrived

moloko, thanks getting better at using my Fuji S9600 - all comes down to how much natural light i have in my room.. once it gets into low light situations photos really do suffer

Never heard of the Team PC2-10400 - CAS6 hmmm.

I'm going to test all my memory on Asus Commando on cpu water cooling first then for phase change.. which ever modules give me the best results will be the main ones i use. I've got a distinct feeling these Corsair ones will be the ones if dinos' pair is any indicator of performance

I can link you to info on the TX PC2-10400 if you like though I'll refrain at this stage as the source often tends to create a bit of a storm hear at i4M. They aren't up on the TEAM Group homepage yet (neither are the new TX-Dark kit), not sure when they will be either. TEAM Group also released the Xtreem Dark series PC2-8500 C5 kit based on ProMOS IC's (aka cheap alternative to their micron d9 based Xtreem series but still offering new-comers an "enthusiast" type kit for an easier to swallow price) as well as a 4GB kit version of their Xtreem Dark PX2-6400 C4 kits. So it seems they're really filling every possible hole in the market place it seems.

The Corsair PC2-10000 has often used the marketing slogan of being the fastest memory in the world. Now with TEAM Group having released their Xtreem PC2-10400 C6 kit this is under fire. However with the TX kit being cas 6 and the Dominators being Cas 5. There's obviously room for debate as to who the real king is

i've tested so many Dominators now it's total hardware pr0n and i've concluded that if you want superhigh MHz with CAS5 you need to have a decent 680i board like stryker. I was only able to reach around 650MHz with that XFX 680i LT board but that board didn't clock my other sticks as well as the eVGA 680i i had before that so i think there was still more room there

P965/P35 don't like clocking much past 600MHz regardless of timings and in all honestly it's pointless benching CAS5 anyway so i haven't really tried THAT hard heh.....the goods are in CAS4

for CAS4-4-4-x ~600MHz you should be good with both P965/P35/680i

i've used stock vdimm for 600MHz on the best pair (6-7MHz less on others) which is 2.4v but i'm sure some more gains with properly regulated vdimm mobo would give better results (or that Hipro Maximizer thingie )
