Just be careful though. The advertised 3 x 12v rails are actually only 1. Not a huge problem but something to be aware of. Read the review for more info (espcially the Addendum at the end) http://www.jonnyguru.com/review_details.php?id=32 I still think it's a choice between the Tt and Silverstone. |

The Corsair is $263 (cheapest on SI). I'm willing to pay that. I don't think I could bring myself to put a TT PSU in my PC. The unit looks good, sounds good but at the end of the day it's a TT. |

Are you sure? Why would the reviewer make a point about it for the Corsair and not others? In the case of my PSU the 4 rails are 13/16/18/8. How can that be 1 rail??? Well if it's true I didn't know that |

They ALL come off the single rail but are separated with V/AMP regulators to meet safety requirements of ATX 2.2 or whatever the number is |

Jammer, the 750W Tt Toughpower is modular. I thought. "Wicked. I've just bought a modular PSU. That should save space" I then proceeded to plug in all but two cables to meet the requirements of my system ![]() It comes with only 3 PCI-Ex 6-pin power plugs FYI. |

It a very quiet unit imo.For the record to all, Thermaltake make 850, 1000 & 1200W psu in the toughpower series. But none of these were available at the time I purchased the 750W unit. |
