Maybe on water, but when CPU is idling on 40C with only 1.6 thourugh it, you will have heat probolems.

Mine idles at 40C too at those volts on water.
When im running more volts than i need (for peace of mind) at 1.71V (reported by SG and MBM) my load temps are up at ~68-69C for my 1M runs.

Just downloaded PiFast today and was fooling with it. This is what I got with TCCD. Who said 2.5-3-3-6 is slow? Running 290x10. Only needs 2.7 VDIMM too (rig is totally 3D benchable here and at 300x9, where I got a 43.05 time).

Ram is 2x512 Vitesta PC600 I just picked up over the weekend. Does 307, 2.5-3-3-6. Goodbye LEs .

Clevor, thats a san diago man. The reason nI challanged T_M was I have the EXACT same CPU as him. CAA2C 0506 BPMW and I wanted to see what it would do. But I was limited by ram, stupid me used a 10x multi with BH-5. DOH!

Great times but. I wish I could get san diago. Venice 3000+ comming next week but.

Yeah, the 1MB L2 is killer. Hard to go back to Winnies and Venice.

I miss the 4000+ unbuffered with the Winnies though (at 300, 2.5-3-3-6). With the San Diego I get 3650/3900, with the latest Sandra anyway.

I think I will keep my 3000+ Winnie to blow people's mind at 300x9 with that cheap CPU and mem controller, though I need 3xLDT on it. I'm getting rid of my other three Winnies this weekend.
