Updated my first post with 1.35vCore result of 3498Mhz

WTF? How come I can pass 8 hours Orthos Small FFT at Priority 9 with 3498Mhz @1.35v, and 10 loops of memtests 5 & 8 at 4-4-4-11 515Mhz but I can't pass Orthos Blend at Priority 1 with 3498Mhz @1.35v and 4-4-4-11 477Mhz????

WTF's up with that? Any suggestions? I found that if I dropped the voltage to 2.25v it last the longest in Orthos which is around 30mins.

small fft test cpu/cpu cache

blend tests cpu and ram... and probably NB chipset as well since it's tied into memory

tried raising vMCH a tad ?

Yeah, it's only at FSB318 though. I'm not one to raise things by "a tad" so maybe I over did it , I'll play around with voltages tonight to see if there's a sweet spot.

Any other suggestions?

try loosening tRFC and see what happens

Thanks eva, that worked quite well. I managed 7 hours before it failed. I might try dropping it further or increasing the voltage a bit.
