On a side I note I got my 8800GTX and Crucial Ballistix PC2-8000 2GB kit today, so if you're keen in giving the TX PC2-8000 2GB kit a run, let me know

Very damn nice indeed, I see you have used the 12X multi, FSB limited @ 420?

yes seems with the 10x was limited under 4ghz, then with 12x went over 4ghz.
Vmod gave another 150MHz as well.
I have got a start to the cascade.
Some parts arrived the other day

what i do is let you use the QX6700 and see how that system goes, the 8800GTX will help alot, specially water cooled.
You will get some nice points for i4memory

bazx it came from germany, i ordred 2 20plates and a 30 for a triple head cascde, but the guy sent me 2 30's instead, i sorted of wished i got what i ordered but doesnt matter. hope it works well.

what i do is let you use the QX6700 and see how that system goes, the 8800GTX will help alot, specially water cooled.

You need to clock that CPU up to get the most out of the 8800

My 3DMark05 scores went from 16k at stock (2.66Ghz CPU - 600/900 GPU) to 20k at 4.2Ghz CPU / 630/1010 GPU.


3DMark01 goes from around 50k @3Ghz to 68K @4.2Ghz

Aquamark 140k @2.66Ghz to 205k @4.2Ghz
