yeah mate efficiency is good on this board, ive talked to the engineer about wanting to hit pl9 at 600fsb, so we are trying to work on that now,

if we can hit pl=9 its going to be a very efficient ddr2 platform

PL9 would be awesome

have you tried more volts with subzero on NB
it should make it run at PL9

btw

i was able to go as high as 615MHz FSB

this run was not tweaked...it would have been under 12M with all tweaks

640MHz 1M no probs too

probably not
i loosened it up to get as high a FSB as i could

my RAM was sitting at 2.48v so not sure if it was RAM or board as this RAM can go higher on other boards

my 1M efficiency with this board is really poor
i don't know what i am doing wrong here

nice run dinos, looks like you guys are mastering this biostar. Have you or pro run NB on cold? Would be interesting to see how tight timings can go.

It would be rather a great moment of truth for both of them.

yeah you need cas4 to hit pl9,

thats nice but check this with pl10 and cas5, and also max 32m fsb on air, vfsb 1.4, vnb 1.4, give me cas4 and pl9 and its easily 11m 58s @ 3600mhz
