Corsair Explores Lynnfield and P55 Express with the ASUS P7P55D Deluxe

From the article:
This means that Intel users can now harness the power of Core i7 in a more cost effective manner while not sacrificing performance. The new Lynnfield and P55 based systems are proving to be very powerful and feature rich based upon our testing. The system featured here proved itself to be an excellent system for all tasks put before it at the stock settings. And, the performance gets better as the system is also a very solid overclocking unit. With a minimum of tweaking we took our stock 2.8GHZ system to almost 4GHZ and saw some performance increases approaching 50%.

Yes, I wrote that one. My pictures are looking better too since I improved my lighting.

And, we'll be getting more parts out to reviewers ASAP. They are in short supply right now as a lot of the super fast ICs are going into the new Dominators. And, those are going out as fast as we can make them as we catch up with RMAs and backlog from the Elpida fiasco.

Awesome work with the photos too Mike

Loving the functionality and features on that Obsidian 800D case. Would be great if there was Obsidian Matx and Mini-ITX designs too. Similar to the Lian Li V350/351 HTPC build - E6750, GA-G33M-D2SR matx, HD3650, VX450, Lian Li PC-V350B Some folks are modding Lian Li V350/351 to fit a Corsair H50 kit in there!!!

I got some tips from my wife. She used to do some photography work. Using a Canon 20D and Canon EFS18-55 lense helps too. Shooting under flourescent lighting is not the best option overall but, it's suitable for this type of work.

I'm sure that if cases are a good market for us, we'll be investigating other options.

Very nice but that case is begging for a full on water setup instead of the lil o one in it now.

Definitely but, this was not a super top end build. And you are correct, there is room for a hot tub and a party in there for sure.
