but beyond that, system seems alot unstable, is there any special setting when HTT >300?

is 150:200 divider a reason?
coz my ram cant go that high, 166:200 is not an option for me when HTT=320

I did a quick check of my Opty 146 CABGE 0536 IHS before I put it under water and was quite surprised to find that the IHS is visably convex which, as I am sure you all know, can only mean good contact between core - IHS - water block

When I had it running @ 2400 default Vcore stresscpu the temp only got to 31c in I remember correctly so heres hoping
depends if it's convex
1. higher middle center = more gap between core and IHS
or
2. lower sides = possible closer distance/contact between core and IHS
