| New GSkill 2GB set (2x1GB) 3-3-2-8 PC4000
Hey, I'm kinda new here, I've been reading alot of posts here for the past week or so and was just wondering something. Does anyone know anything about the new GSkill PC4000 (DDR500) 2GB set (2x1GB)? It has 3-3-2-8 timings on it, it's not available for purchase yet that I've seen, and news just came out about it on GSkill.com on March 1st. Any pricing information would be appreciated. Also, here is the link to the information on the RAM. Otherwise, I'm looking at the other GSkill 2GB DDR500 set on Newegg, but I just would like to know the price first to make sure I don't beat myself in the head over the fact that I could have gotten something better for almost the same price. |

didn't know about them. i'd say pricing would be in a similar range to the mushkin redline 2gb/OCZ EB plats, perhaps a bit cheaper as gskill are very competitive with pricing. in comparison to the HZ, i'd say there will be a fair difference in price due to the binning of the 3-3-2-8 chips. |
