I heard about it, but wasn't able to find any info about it. I was told it was in relation to the ACON5 prizes not being supplied by Abit and then getting sued for it, but i'd love to be able to read more All i've read is that they've just made some bad financial decisions, so I guess it might not just be what I heard.

You have to read this if you want to know something about ABIT's plight. Then follow up with the press release about ABIT's merger with USI.
