The soon to launch 55nm based GeForce GTX 260 with 216 shaders will stick with the GeForce GTX 260 brand. The reason is quite simple. NVIDIA sits on a huge 65nm inventory and as soon as they would introduce a card with a new brand, they would kill the sales of old GeForce GTX 260 cards, and therefore manufacturers will be asked not to specially promote the new 55nm parts. You can bet that the 55nm version of the GeForce GTX 260 will overclock better and the great news is that it will sell at the same price as the 65nm card.
