Currently Hitachi rolls out 2.5-inch 500GB hard drive Travelstar Z5K500 with thickness of only 7mm. The hard disk measures 700*100*7mm and weights 95g.The single-disk hard drive operates at 5400RPM,has cache of 8MB.
